Nutrition is, and always was, in my blood because it’s always been a huge passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I really wanted to get to the bottom of the basics. Why do we eat the way we do? Why do we feel a certain way about foods? And, of course, how can diversifying nutrient intake be enjoyable and realistic.
